Dr. Katia Michaelidou is a highly educated and passionate Dermatologist. She opened her dermatology practice in 2015 after deciding to move back home to Cyprus. In 2007, she completed her degree in Medicine at one of Europe’s most prestigious medical Universities, Masaryk University Brno, and completed her specialisation in Dermatology at Charles University in Prague. Before Dr. Katia opened her own practice, she gained her expertise working as a Dermatologist & Venereologist at leading European hospitals.
Additionally, in 2014 she completed her MBA at the University of New York. Dr. Katia decided to pursue dermatology as a career due to the variety of conditions that can be treated and believes that no matter what your skin concerns are, it is possible to create a treatment plan that is unique to the patient’s dermatological needs. She has gained a solid reputation for being honest, ethical, innovative and up-to-date in advances in her field.
